The Gate Buster's breaking power varies greatly with the conditions specified in the casting plan and other plans. For Material FCD-450, refer to the following guide. |

For gate separation with the Gate Buster, it is extremely important to use the following effectively | |
1)Distance between the bill and breaking point. | |
2)Separator notch. | |
To separate work of Material FCD-450 with a GB-10M, for example, the breaking power with tensile strength alone will be | |
1,100㎜²×45㎏/㎜²=49,500㎏<49.5ton> | |
Even if the friction coefficient is excluded, the GB-10M with a breaking power of 27 ton cannot complete the separation. The key point in this case is therefore to make effective use of 1) and 2). | |
